At Dance UndergroundClasses are suggested to be taken by monthly series, but students can drop in if preferred. For new students: we recommend taking a complete series first, or if you’d like to drop in, to do so Weeks 1 or 2.
Foundations: focus on learning vocabulary, technique and other fundamentals through drills and exercises
Choreography: focuses on a set routine for 1-2 weeks at a time

June series begins 6/10This series is designed for beginners, no dance experience required. This program is designed to introduce afro dance movement in a smaller environment. Class limited to 18 students.

Workshop offerings 1-2x a quarter

At Whim Whim Dance CenterWe will host intimate intensives for pre-intermediate students and above looking to further their Afro training.
This program is invitation-only to begin. If there are additional spots, they will become available to the public 10 days before the workshop date.
